All prospective employees must take a physical exam and a drug test. These tests must be repeated on an annual basis.

All new employees must complete 40 hours of safety training. A safety fitness rating of Satisfactory, Conditional or Unsatisfactory is assigned based upon performance. Any employee given a Conditional rating is allowed one week to continue training and improve their rating to Satisfactory. An Unsatisfactory rating is cause for automatic dismissal from Love Pallet LLC.

Critical regulations are enforced at Love Pallet LLC to maintain safety standards.Pallet repairmen, forklift drivers, wood cutters and truck drivers are required to be tested for knowledge of safety regulations. Our yard foreman is responsible for the safety in the yard. He has 10 years of experience in safety training and regulations.

Love Pallet LLC has an excellent safety record, with but a single industrial accident during 34 years of business, and no driver-related accidents in the past 20 years (each of our drivers has over 20 years of experience).
